First Ever Yoga Fest this Weekend in El Paso

El Pasoans will get the opportunity to work out their mind, body and soul this weekend at the first ever Sunrise Yoga Festival.

The event kicks off at 6 a.m. at Southwest University Park in downtown El Paso. It will feature three super sessions on the ballpark grass. Add in the elements of mediation, health and fitness plus a fundraiser to raise money to provide cancer screenings and mammograms. Other attractions include exhibits, vendors, booths and of course, yoga for all fitness levels.

Tickets are $20 for participants and $10 for non-participants and are available for purchase here or at the following locations: Mind Body Studios, Casa de Yoga East , Surya Yoga , Lululemon Athletica boutique, Tippi Teas and Downtown Desert Yoga Las Cruces.
